Accommodation:

Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults & 2 children.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, with a sleeper couch in the lounge.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with the lounge, dining room, kitchen and patio downstairs.

This apartment boasts two patios -sea & mountain views in the front and mountain view at the back.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom (bath).

The 2nd bedroom has a double and a single bed.

The 2nd bathroom has a shower and bathroom amenities.

All linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided, including linen for the sleeper couch. A hairdryer is provided.

The unit has:

• unlimited Wifi.

• A battery & inverter for backup power of lights, TV, Wifi, computers, mobile phones.

• a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine.

• a smart TV and streaming device for watching your favourite Netflix, YouTube channels.

• electric heaters and fans in each bedroom.

• rechargeable torches, a small camp gas cooker, a gas stove-top kettle, and a flask for use during power outages.

• a patio with sea & mountain views, plus a courtyard with a mountain view.

• a camp cot & high chair for infants is available on request

• a kettle barbeque/braai in the courtyard which can be utilized on the patio as well.

• sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture in the courtyard

• two underground parking bays for the unit.

• There is also an open parking area in front of the building’s reception which is for visitors - this is not a fenced / locked area.

• There is a coin operated laundry in the complex.
